Welcome to Lean into It, the Motorcycle Mastermind—this year we take an exclusive ride through New York and New England from September 21-27, 2024, merging the exhilaration of motorcycle exploration with the transformative dynamics of a mastermind.
Unlike typical tours, Lean into It focuses on mental and financial growth, inspired by the founder's journey from burnout.
As a VIP guest, immerse yourself in carefully curated accommodations and experiences and join like-minded individuals on a journey that goes beyond riding—contributing to the Griffith Blue Heart non-profit organization.
This is your opportunity to break through barriers, reignite passion, and propel yourself and your business to the next level.
Lean into It is not your typical motorcycle tour—it's a unique blend of the invigorating thrill of motorcycle riding and the transformative power of a mastermind. Experience the dynamic synergy of the open road and the pursuit of personal and financial growth.
Unlike other motorcycle tours, Lean into It goes beyond the surface. Our founder, a former police officer, recognizes the healing potential of riding, and we've taken it a step further by weaving in mental and financial growth into every aspect. Elevate your journey both internally and externally.
Imagine cruising through stunning landscapes while engaging in impactful discussions with like-minded individuals. Lean into It brings together business owners, professionals, and those seeking personal and financial elevation. According to UCLA, just 20 minutes of motorcycle riding reduces stress by 28%—now, envision the added impact of combining it with a mastermind!
As a VIP guest, Lean into It offers more than just a ride; it's an immersive experience. Stay in carefully selected accommodations across New York and New England, allowing you to focus on personal development and form lasting bonds with fellow riders, all while the logistics are expertly handled for you.
Lean into It isn't just a journey for personal gain; it's a ride for a cause. A portion of the proceeds supports the Griffith Blue Heart non-profit organization, making your adventure doubly impactful. Contribute to a greater purpose while experiencing the thrill of the open road.
By the end of this exhilarating week, you won't just have explored breathtaking landscapes—you'll have harnessed the energy and strategies to propel your life and business forward. Break through barriers, reignite your passion, and leave equipped with the tools for sustained success. Guide & Routing
Chris is an American-Kiwi, born in Redding, California and arrived in NZ in 2004. He joined the NZ Police in 2011 and after a seven-year career, during which time he protected The Rt Hon Sir John Key (New Zealand's Prime Minister), he experienced severe burnout and PTSD that caused him to leave the job he once loved.
His passion for motorcycles has always been there, commuting to work, riding dirt bikes and riding the weekends. It really evolved however, when he used it as therapy to reconnect with himself. The Lean Into It Experience is a contribute to the ride Chris did when he lived off the back of his bike, during a three month ride around the USA to recover from PTSD and burnout.
After this trip and journey of self-care, recovery and personal development, Chris is now hyper passionate about helping others take charge of their mental health and significantly reduce their chance of burnout. He lives to ensure others learn to see themselves, so they don't go through the pain he once experienced.
Kristyn is a Kiwi (another word for someone born in New Zealand) and has a serious passion for creating joy and incredible experiences for others. With nearly 20 years of event management experience, her career has taken her all over the world creating out of this world events and experiences, including in locations such as New Zealand, Japan, Greece, South Africa and of course, the USA.
Nothing makes her happier than watching another human being light up with excitement from a moment she’s helped create. Be it a new country, a new city, a new cuisine, or purely something someone has always wanted to do or see - you know, those things on your ‘bucket list’? She believes everyone should have at least one of those WOW moments in their life.
18 months ago, Chris asked Kristyn if she’d help him put together the first
Lean Into It. Being a loving wife (and probably a bit crazy), she said yes. Kristyn is the one who’s going to know the answers to everything and anything if you come on a Lean Into It Trip and will make sure you’ve always having a good time, being taken care of, eating the best food and of course, ticking off some of those experiences you always hoped you’d get to do. She’ll probably also be the token female.
In her spare time you’ll find her reading a good book, drinking a good (NZ) coffee or hanging out with Chris and their dogs, Bentley & Harley. And occasionally, riding pillion with Chris somewhere (but really, it’s usually for
Lean Into It).
Being an ex Police Officer I know the importance of working together and using your expertise. This is why we give all proceeds of every trip to a Police or Frontline focused non profit.
Chris hand picks the nonprofit based on their story, their impact and mission.
This retreat will be donated to the GRIFFITH BLUE HEART NONPROFIT. Chris interviewed Brandon Griffith the founder on his Fight the Burnout Podcast earlier this year and similar to Chris' story a great cause was born from a tragic event.

Excited about the idea, but still not sure if traveling and growing with complete strangers is for you? That's fair.
That's why if you are interested we would love to give you a chance to talk with Chris one-on-one giving us the chance to ensure you're a good fit for the trip and finalise any details.
But hey, before you take to book a time to talk with Chris, here are some commonly asked questions:
Nope, we never ask you to bring your own bike. Instead, we rent. You're more than welcome to request to bring your own bike, but this will need to be discussed on our one-on-one call.
Chris and his wife Kristyn, organize EVERY last detail of the trip - from renting bikes, food, the route, gas and accommodation - we take care of it all so you can relax.
All you have to do is show up and have fun!
6 nights and 7 days.
We ask everyone to be in New York by lunchtime on 20th Sept. We begin riding on 21 Sept and will be back in Staten Island by approximately 2pm on 26 Sept. If you need some ideas of things to do before or after the ride - we can help with that too!
Absolutely understandable! Lean into It is designed not only for motorcycle enthusiasts but also for personal and financial growth. We've witnessed the transformative power of this experience, helping individuals break through barriers and reignite their passion for life and business. In fact, the camaraderie formed during the journey often enhances relationships and financial enhancements. We encourage open communication with your partner about the unique blend of riding, masterminding, and the beautiful New York and New England landscapes for your recharge and growth. Many participants find that their partners appreciate the positive impact the experience has on their mindset and well-being upon their return.
Absolutely acceptable and exciting!
Kristyn rides pillion with Chris so we know partners love to join and be part of the experience but they don't ride themselves.
This is why we do offer a select couple places if pillions wish to join.
Book a call below or send an email to Chris at Chris@knockingdemoncoaching.com and he can discuss the opportunity.
The cost of the trip is $6995 depending on when you enrol. Keep in mind, the cost covers EVERYTHING when you're there; some might even call it "all-inclusive."
Bike rental, fuel, all meals, the first round of drinks, tips, accommodation, any park/exhibit entry fees and all the learnings from Chris' world class program to prevent burnout ever happening in your life again.
Once you're there, you shouldn't have to take your wallet for anything. The only thing this doesn't include will be the cost of flights (and anything drinks past the first round).
We can also offer customised payment plans to help you out.
This retreat is for intermediate riders only. This means you have been regularly riding for at least two (2) years and have done at least a 200 mile day before.
We'll be covering a substantial distance each day and riding all back roads, which will push you and your experience. The last thing we want to see is someone get hurt. This is why we have a call before you join us on this amazing experience.
If you're reading this far down on the page, I think it's safe to say there is something here for you. But the best thing you can do is watch the video on the next page, and book a one-on-one call with our team. There are only 5 spots available so don't hesitate.
